Tuition at Wizard Academy covers the cost of running our classes.
As a non-profit, we rely on donations to maintain our infrastructure, add new features, and help us build an endowment for our future.
And so just like every good museum, orchestra, hospital, or zoo; it’s your donations every year that fund our future.
There are 3 ways to donate to Wizard Academy:

Every little bit counts.
Wizard Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your gifts are fully tax-deductible in the U.S.
Major Donors enjoy a few special perks.
Sponsor a Thing
You may have noticed the phantasmagoria of plaques placed around campus.
This is because Wizard Academy was built and remains 100% debt-free, funded by generous donations from the Cognoscenti.
Annual Donors
Since the beginning, there’s been a self selected few who, every year, make large donations to Wizard Academy.
These golden souls are called Annual Donors. And they’re the reason the Academy continues to exist.
Major Donors are anyone who has donated $5,000 or more to Wizard Academy,
…and they get some dang cool perks.

It can be all at once or incrementally over time. The moment you’ve donated a cumulative $5,000 to Wizard Academy, you are officially a Major Donor.
There are three primary perks of achieving Major Donor status.
- You can stay on campus at Wizard Academy for free at anytime, as long as it doesn’t interfere with classes or events.
- You can use the communal spaces at Engelbrecht Kitchen or Spence Manor to hold business meetings when you’re in Austin.
- You keep Wizard Academy healthy and strong in its mission to support and educate small businesses across the world
