The Leadership Journey:
Building a Balanced Culture

Leaders are on a journey every day to juggle the complexities of people, process, and product to arrive at profitability. The Balanced Culture Consulting mission is to help super smart leaders create a culture of balance where employees engage and business booms. We navigate by three guiding principles that transform your team to align, focus, and sustain positive change with getting everyone traveling the same road. Let your leadership team unlock their potential in this 3-part series. Join us and discover that the journey you decide will determine the destination you achieve.

Part 1: Clarify Your Destination – Strategic Alignment

Friday, March 15 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Central

When the way isn’t clear to everyone, even the smartest, most talented, creative contributors can get off in the weeds. We take you through the why and how to get everyone on the same road and the importance of revisiting, reaffirming, and realigning to the destination. We help you write your own stories and harness the power of the team.

Part 2 : Walk the Path – Leadership Focus

Friday, April 19 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Central

Once everyone is clear on where they are going, the leaders must be clear on how to lead by walking the walk and showing the way. As the leaders speak with one voice, they can provide clear direction and development to ensure everyone stays together and doesn’t stray from the path. Accountability creates culture.

Part 3: Stay the Course – People Systems

Friday, May 17 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Central

Now that everyone knows where you are heading, each person needs to know what part they play and how they contribute to make the journey meaningful. Once people are clear on their contributions, their commitment to the journey increases. As you develop the chosen to go further and higher, you develop a culture that sustains greater growth and profitability. Everyone reaches the destination they had hoped for.
