Meet the instructors
Angela Huntsman PHD is an industrial psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with people and industrial processes. She grew up working on the family 1956 VW Dune Buggy, gapping spark plugs and following her dad around the house watching him fix things. Her love of how things work and how people work together has made for a lot of years helping out businesses grow people.
Dr Huntsman has clients, both large and small, in manufacturing, service, consumer products, avionics, electronics, entertainment, gaming, art, non-for-profit, medical/dental, public health, government, teaching institutions, health and beauty aid environments including decade-long relationships with three Fortune 100 companies. For seven years, Dr Huntsman has held a teaching position as an Associate Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine where she has participated in an innovative program designed to teach student doctors health economics, collaboration and communication skills. She has been asked to teach a course on Motivation and Emotion at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Geno Gruber comes from a variety of backgrounds. As a serial entrepreneur. He has owned a real estate development business, a full liquor bar, a web development company and a full-service ad agency. He has also been a VP of operations for a chain of restaurants and GM of an HVAC company. For the last 15 years he has been a business coach and trainer for home services companies.
